Plagued by erotic, frightening images of intertwined red-eyed men and women in the throes of ecstasy, Dean rushes home only to have one bizarre incident after another happen. When a court summons delivered by the largest man he has ever seen arrives, Dean knows something is seriously wrong. But what happens next will force him to walk a road less traveled.

Loved Him to Death: Omos of the Ether by K.M. Frontain

A millennium ago, Omos of the Ether chained his only living child to an island whose culture viewed the boy as a gift of divine protection...and convenient slave labour. Intana is now free, but he has been missing for a century. In an effort to find him, Haru Sachoné seeks the aid of the demigod's father and signs a contract of "usage" to secure the ether dragon's assistance.

Omos thinks he's won the latest victory in the long war with Vaal of the Depths: the uncontested right to use Vaal's favoured paramour as his bedmate. But the ether dragon is about to discover that Haru has sharper teeth than his divine lover.

This is the second of the series Loved Him to Death.

Speak your mind

Reviews are important for any book, but especially for small presses and lesser known authors. Ask any author/publisher. They will tell you what a reviews mean to their sales. If you have read a book and like it, or hate it, review it if you can. Whether you post it on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Borders, or submit it to a review site. Heck, why not post to all of them? By doing so, you ensure that small presses, their authors, and reading stay alive. The small presses are often the ones who take chances on the unknown, but extremely talented authors. They often publish books that the big publishers won't touch because the NY companies think the works are too risky or that they "won't sell". Let's prove them wrong.

On that note: Have you read Pervalism, Fade To Pale, Iron Horse Rider, Conspiracy of Angels, Dreams & Desires: A Collection of Romance and Erotic Tales? If you have, speak your mind and post a review at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Borders, offer it to a review site, or shout about it on Gather, MySpace, Blogger, Shelfari, and so on. Spread it to the world just how marvelous these authors and their books are! Help keep their dreams alive and independent publishers too.

You haven't read them? What are you waiting for? Pick up a copy today or order them at your local bookstore or request one for your local library? But if you must have one now, stop by Wild Child Publishing.com or Freya's Bower and purchase one now.

Pervalism by M.E. Ellis
Fade To Pale by James Cheetham
Iron Horse Rider

Conspiracy of Angels by Zinnia Hope

Make your voice heard and enjoy some good reading.

The Marian Kind's great new review!!!

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

From Nancy Lindley-Gauthier at The Long and the Short of It

"...From powerful and unexpected characters to bizarre events, this story keeps your attention. And the discoveries along the way - like how chocolate bubble bath might disagree with your average computer circuitry - only add to the fun.
Clever descriptions offer a bit of a giggle in between fast action scenes (the love interest is compared to an array of fresh-from-the bakery delights) and the romance sizzles all the way through. The Marian Kind by Babe King is a quick read because it simply won't allow the reader to step away."
